Learn some of the do’s and don’ts when interacting with individuals with memory loss and dementia, as well as effective communication techniques.  Recognize that all behavior has meaning, and identify techniques to address behaviors such as wandering, repetitive questions, bathing, mealtime challenges, and suspicion/paranoia.
